Cost analysis is a systematic approach to estimating the strengths and weaknesses of alternatives that satisfy transactions, activities or functional requirements for a business. It is a technique that is used to determine options that provide the best approach for the adoption and practice in terms of benefits in labor, time and cost savings etc.

To study of Cost analysis is important for business man but before undergone the cost analysis Module I did not had an idea on cost analysis, when the instructor asked me to write a note on my business plane and how I am going to start what are paints considering for business. I made a note which contained of budget, showroom, and works. After the d
iscussion of coat analysis I again  made list requirements of  business budget time formal techniques, surround area mapping need analysis include cost-effectiveness analysis, cost–utility analysis, risk–benefit analysis, using of available resources, economic impact analysis, fiscal impact analysis, and Social return on investment (SROI) analysis these paints I understood for the this module.

Cost analysis an important process for successful business, how to maintain breakeven point for sustainability. Which are the strategies used to meet target and increase the market shire Tactics for to face financial crisis these skills business man will understood doing by learning owned the strength. I have gained an idea from the cost analysis this Module.
